Can this be used to modify product policy registry key? Export and reimport?

Can you make a command line that will allow import and export? Maybe export to xml/txt, for easy edit. With technique like offlinereg? Without mount.

Hopefully you can add [-key] for deleting.
latest version supports [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\toto] while importing.
